Anxiety

I know how hard it is to live with that constant sense of unease in your mind and body. It can feel like there is something weighing you down throughout the day, and my practice is a place for you to safely engage with these feelings and move past them. You might constantly worry about not being good enough, or feel like you are failing in some way, which can, over time, lead to more complex issues like anxiety and depression. Even those with a good career and social life battle with low self-esteem, due to the way we tend to base our worth around external achievements and relationships with others, so our focus will be on empowering you to remember and reconnect with your own intrinsic worth as an individual.

Abuse

My service is also available to those who have experienced, or are continuing to experience, abuse of any kind, such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, coercive control, or verbal abuse. I know that talking about this subject is extremely difficult, but my practice is a completely safe, confidential space for you to process what has happened in your own way, and at your own pace, with me supporting you unconditionally throughout the process.

Coping With Illness

I also have experience in helping people manage the anxiety and/or depression that can arise as a result of long-term physical health conditions such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, IBS, COPD, cardio-vascular disease, diabetes, and cancer in remission, among others.
